Supervise the preparation of permit applications, oversee project operations, and generate comprehensive technical reports.
Manage multiple environmental consulting projects from inception to completion. Oversee and conduct Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Limited Site Investigations (LSIs), soil and groundwater investigations. Assist clients understand and quantify environmental liabilities. Produce technical reports.
Manage Transportation projects, including design and construction bid documents for roadway projects involving multi-modal accommodations. Maintain project financials, budgets, and schedules, and maintain communication with clients.
